Description

Based on similar structures of the production run in the company it is possible to determine prorated bonuses for the employee using this module. The procedure is based on the comparison of targeted hours and actual hours. You have the option to choose which key performance indicator (nominal-actual difference, efficiency rate, time saving rate) should be calculated.

The bonuses rates can be calculated lump sum or per employee. You can decide whether the bonuses are paid out or are to be saved in time credits. For individual employees or employee groups, the actual times are compared with the nominal times and then the individual or group bonuses are determined per project and/or period. The determined bonus rewards the employees for their outstanding performance in a project.
